INSTITUT O2LIVOTECNIA® MÉDITERRANÉE represent the Research and Development department of the STIROA company, founded in 2018 in collaboration with THE INSTITUTO DE O2LIVOTECNIA® Spain , which has been established since 1997.
Thanks to its well equiped laboratory and its experienced team, STIROA has managed to carry out excellent scientific research work the last past years aiming for innovation in the olive sector.
This collaboration allows us to constantly evolve and maintain the highest food safety level, continuous product quality improvement and continue to offer innovative products.
Our expertise :
- Physico-chemical and organoleptic analysis of vegetable oils.
- Analysis of pesticide and phthalate contaminants in organic olive oil.
- Any activity directly or indirectly related to analysis and scientific research.
- Concentration and extraction of unsaponifiable components mainly from olive oil such as Squalene, biophenols (Tyrosol, Hydroxytyrosol, Oleuropein, etc.)
- Development to succeed in deconstructing and isolating fat-soluble molecules.
